Insurance Information

We accept most insurance plans and will always submit dental claims on your behalf.  A few of the plans that we are a participating provider with are Premera Dental, Delta Dental, Regence, and Cigna. These plans are typically by Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, and the Washington Education Association.

If your dental insurance changes, you or your spouse change jobs, or your child gets new dental insurance through the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, please let our Financial Coordinator know immediately in order for her to find out as much information as possible about the new dental insurance plan before your child’s appointment.  That way you can avoid unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
